Hyderabad: HYDRAA ne Bharatnagar–Kaithalapur ke beech stormwater drain par illegal encroachment karne par Vasavi Construction Company ke khilaf enforcement action liya hai. Ye step local residents ke complaints ke baad uthaya gaya jahan unhone canal ke along illegal construction ki shikayat ki thi, jo Kamuni Cheruvu ko Maisamma Cheruvu se connect karti hai.
Wednesday ko Hitech City Railway Station ke paas Commissioner A.V. Ranganath ne site ka inspection kiya jahan yeh paaya gaya ke drain ko mitti se bhar diya gaya tha, jo drainage norms ka ulghan hai. Officials ne confirm kiya ke company ne required 17-meter width aur 9-meter buffer maintain nahi kiya tha.
